Windows 10: windows popup media control is glitching

this shit is driving me fucking crazy, every couple of minutes the pop up controller will start glitching. the volume non stop goes up and down and it is constantly pausing and playing, like seriously every minute it will pause and play and its making me lose my mind, i cant watch anything at all, no matter what website im using it always happens, this started a couple days ago.

does anyone have a fix?

In regard to your DVD Rom drive - go to -control panel/device manager/DVD/CD-ROM drives -make a note of the make and model number Example: Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-215D ATA Device - highlight the device you have installed -press right mouse button-select properties-details-property and select Install Date from the drop down list and let us know this.
