Windows 10: Windows Powershell keeps opening up randomly and then closing after a few seconds.

As stated in the subject, yesterday at some point my computer started having the problem of Windows Powershell opens randomly and then after 1-3 seconds it closes. When it does this it also fully closes down my Google Chrome tabs, so I've changed my default browser now to Opera GX and this one does not have the same problem. I have ran multiple scans with different tools, such as my McAfee Livesafe scan and CCleaner and neither of which have detected any issues at all. I have even tried these two commands in Powershell itself, as people who had this similar problem said this worked for some of

Scheduled tasks that use Powershell can cause the Powershell window to appear periodically on your computer. We suggest that you check the Task Scheduler.

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

Malware can also cause this issue. We suggest that you use Windows Defender or a third-party security software to scan your system.

Windows randomly closes

My windows will randomly just close at odd times. Any suggestions?
