Windows 10: Windows presenting GPUs in the wrong order

Hey, today I come with an issue that's been plaguing my PC since upgrading to Windows 11. I have a dual GPU setup where in the first PCIe slot I have a RTX 3070 Ti, and in the second PCIe slot I have a RTX 3060. Windows 11 on multiple installs has always ordered the GPUs as: RTX 3060 GPU 0 and RTX 3070 Ti GPU 1.Why it matters? 90% of the games DON'T respect the Windows "preferred" GPU setting, XBOX games don't have launch options, most games don't have an option to select which GPU to use, etc. Latest examples are Avowed and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 which start on the lesser GPU The

Windows 10 GPU order

I have 2 GPUs (both gtx 780ti)
The problem is in the wrong order of them. For example, if I run Speccy program, it kinda inverts the index of those cards. The first card is shown as the second one, and the second one as the first one. It's not only in Speccy. For example, in Octane render (GPU render engine) the list of cards is also wrong. So I just want to invert the order of GPUs. How to do this? Thanks.

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
