Windows 10: Windows prevents me from updating it, and going into network & internet will crash settings...

I have been dealing with this problem for over a year and nothing has fixed this wall I keep running into! I have ran through command script, services, device manager, powershell, resetting my windows to factory, changing out hardware, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers. I have been in several support chats and cannot get this fixed and it seems my inability to just get my pc to win 11 stems from this crashing issue from network & internet. When inside Windows Update I get the error "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't

W10 Settings crashes when going into Network & Internet

Same issue for me, when entering Network Settings, panel crashes. Device Manager says network devices are working but I have no network. Tried all the steps suggested in prior feed.

Hi. Was the same problem. Do so:

1. Go to Windows Services (press Win + R, type services.msc, hit enter);

2. Enable Network Location Awareness

After that I can see all WI-FI networks, the list of Network & Internet Settings don't crash.
