Windows 10: Windows Pro Credit card purchase was not approved but payment went through?

I tried to purchase Windows Pro through the Microsoft App Store. I got as far as approving credit card purchase with my bank but I did not approve, yet the purchase appears to have gone through. I have the invoice in my email but I cannot find the product key. Plus the windows update failed to compete correctly. Now I can't access the computer.

Can't purchase apps on phone, adding credit card...

I have the exact same problem as heatherko.

Tried the 4 steps above and when I sign in to billing.microsoft.com I can see my credit card properly listed as a payment method.

But I cannot see it from zune.net, nor can I use it to purchase anything on marketplace as it keeps telling me there is no credit card on file.

Please try to sort this out. It is a very frustrating problem.

 

Deleting a credit card

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

I have entered my credit card info to pay for apps in the marketplace but it won't let me change payment method to use this credit card. Help!

I am not able to charge apps to my cellphone account so I added my credit card. It was approved and shows on my payment information. However when I try to change payment method on the confirm purchase screen it won't let me change it from "charging to
cell acct". I try to hit add credit card and enter my info but it won't let me do that saying that this credit card is already on my account (duh!). So how the heck do I change my pmnt method to my credit card??
