Windows 10: Windows Pro Digital License not passed to new Laptop

I bought a Windows 11 Pro License back in 2020 and then bought a new laptop reformatted it and signed in with my Microsoft account but Windows says it is activated but with Home Single Language.How do I force my digital license?

Transfer digital Windows Pro license to new computer

I had a major failure on a Dell laptop that had Windows Home on it when I purchased it. I upgraded it to Windows Pro through the Windows Store and received a digital license. I purchased a new Surface Pro that came with Windows Home and I would like to move the Pro license from the Dell machine to the new Surface Pro.

I can see the Dell computer listed in my account and it shows that it has a Windows Pro license. I can't see any way to move the Pro license to the new computer.

I purchased a laptop with Windows 11 Home preinstalled. I have a digital license for Windows 10 pro on an old PC. I would like to transfer the Pro license to the new laptop - either Windows 10 pro or Windows 11 pro. How do I transfer the digital License?

Can't move windows 10 pro license to new laptop

Hi!

I have laptop with windows 10 pro digital license connected with my Microsoft account. I bought new laptop and want to move my windows 10 license. I installed windows 10 pro. In activation options I choose Troubleshooting -> I changed hardware recently ->
choose my old laptop in list and get "Unable to activate windows" error without specific error code.

Is it possible to activate Windows 10 pro with digital license on new laptop?
