Windows 10: Windows Pro for Workstations purchased from MS Store app - won't reactivate after hardware...

My main PC has got a Windows Pro for Workstations licence that I purchased from the MS Store app in order to get Refs support. This morning 6th I changed the mbrd/cpu/ram in order to get Win11 support and had to drop one ssd due to limited sata ports. Since then Windows has started saying that it isn't activated due to the hardware change but can't connect to the internet and won't reactivate I'm typing this message on that PC. I've heard that Windows can take a while to realize that this is an upgraded/changed PC but I'm wondering how long I should wait before panicking. Have tried a

Windows 10 Pro for Workstations not in MS store

I'm trying to upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, but when searching the MS store for pro for workstations it doesn't come up.

Has the method changed?

 

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

You can go to the Store app, search for Windows 11 Pro on the machine that's already running Windows 10 Pro, the Windows 10/11 Pro for Workstation will come up, then click on Learn More, and you will have the buy option. Once purchased, you can install from there.
