Windows 10: Windows Pro License - Migrate / Transfer to Laptop

How do I transfer my license from my desktop that has just cratered to my existing laptop? I bought the Windows Pro upgrade through the online Store 2 weeks ago for my desktop and then it cratered. I've since migrated all the data and everything to my existing laptop that is running an OEM Version of Windows Home. How do I transfer the Pro license to my laptop?

Can i use my pro license again in the new laptop.?

• how to deactivate from current laptop.

• will adding this license uograde the OS to pro version.?

i bought the license. My laptop was originally loaded with win 7 and was upgraded free couple of months.

in this case, if i understand you correctly, i can transfer with below steps. Right.?

does OS upgrades if my activation key is changed.
