Windows 10: windows pro upgrade purchased through the app store failed

I purchased A windows 10 pro upgrade from the app store. now it says I have windows enterprise and I cant even restore to a previous point or anything. I searched for the original OS product key in the PowerShell and found it and it doesn't work either as the product is now enterprise and not home edition. The upgrade failed to fully install and now I am unable to activate windows or upgrade to windows pro. Please help me.

App Purchase failed

Hi,

I made an app purchase for Recorder Pro and money was deducted from my bank account. The transaction is listed on the following website: Sign in to your Microsoft account

The purchase failed with the error - cannot contact the app store at this time.

Unable to Purchase anything on Windows Store

Whenever I am trying to purchase/upgrade any App in Store, I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot:





Please help suggest why this is happening, and how to rectify? Apps are downloading and updating absolutely fine. There is also no Issue with my account.

  Have you added any alias to your Microsoft Account, from which you have purchased the apps?

  Are you able to view your purchased app other all the Microsoft account, from which you are logging in to your computer?
  

I would suggest you the run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
