Windows 10: Windows profiles are missing entirely!

My husband and I both have our own profiles on our laptop. My husband is even more tech incompetent than I am and he's not sure what exactly he did but somehow he switched into the generic administrator profile on the laptop, which oddly seems to have all of the documents/access from my own profile. I can't find either of our profiles anywhere though - and even when I go to "user accounts" in the control panel it is only prompting me to create/add new users. This is particularly troubling because documents and materials for my husband's business were all on his profile and now I can't find the

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I request you to check if your profile is listed under users list or not. Follow the below step and check:

• 
  Press Windows key + R.
  
• 
  Type netplwiz in the box and hit enter.
  

If it is not listed, I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.
