Windows 10: Windows programs to track screen time (similar to apple)?

Discus and support Windows programs to track screen time (similar to apple)? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I am looking for an application that can track screen time like apple.     Windows programs to track screen time (similar to apple)?


    I am looking for an application that can track screen time like apple. I don't want to have to update it each time either. I just want it to track whatever I am doing and put it into categories so I can look at it later similar to how I look at my screen time on my phone later. I am just trying to optimize my screentime usage, I think I sit down and look at my screens for way too long throughout my entire life

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    PrntScrn-button not available on Apple-keyboard when using WinXP?!

    F14 is Print Screen in Windows. I use an Apple Keyboard in Windows all the time.

    EDIT: Accidentally listed the wrong key the first time. It is now corrected.
