Windows 10: Windows programs will not open

Good afternoon all. After the most recent Windows update, certain Windows programs will not open. Main programs I have issues with are Firefox, Epic Games, and Steam. Don't use that many apps to list more, but those are the 3 main ones. Steam and Epic Games work if I run them as Administrator, but Firefox won't load at all.Steps I've taken so far are - Clean install. Delete literally everything Firefox related after uninstalling, then doing a fresh install using the official Firefox website. Run CCleaner to scan my registry for any errors, multiple times. Full System Scan using McAfee I have

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:
   
   
   

 

Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2
Diagram 'A' shows Windows' suggested programs
Diagram 'B' shows the extended list

I have been trying to edit the context menu's "Open with" list of Windows' suggested programs for the .mp3 extension.
I'm not talking about the extended list, but rather the programs that first appear 'before' the "choose another app" option.
If you look at Diagram 'A' you will see the preliminary list generated by Windows, this is the list I am looking to modify.
I have an .mp3 editor named Goldwave that I use for editing audio files, however, I do not want to change the preliminary program Windows uses to open .mp3s. My .mp3s should remain assigned to Winamp Player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
