Windows 10: Windows random freezes - no response via ALT/TAB/DEL or Reset Button

Hello Everyone, My Windows randomly freezes, and I get no response from trying Alt-Tab-Del, or by the Reset button on the front of my case. My only option is to power off, and back on. How long are you holding the reset button? Most computers require 5+ secs before activating (Protection against against accidental pressing).

The length of time to hold can be preset/built-in, or set/changed through the BIOS.

Windows 10 mouse/blank screen/random shutdown/reboot problems.
Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Balanced > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > PCI Express > Link State Power Management, try the Off setting.
