Windows 10: Windows randomly begins copying files from "EXTA213.tmp" to "Enabling services - new"

My laptop has been running a little slow since I've opened it today and while watching a video on YouTube, it suddenly opened a prompt saying it was copying files. I managed to screen cap a picture of it before it finished which I've attached below.Just some general specs on my laptop that may be of any help have also been attached below.Any insight on what this may be would be much appreciated. I am worried it may be malicious. Also, as a side note, my phone was plugged into my laptop at the time this happened to charge. Not sure if that is related.

How to change location of MSI????.tmp file

You may change the location of the .tmp file by following the steps provided below:

• Go to This PC.
• Right-click This PC, and then select Advanced System Setting.
• Click Environment Variables.
• Under system variable, double-click tmp and change the path for the file of your reference.

If the location still can't be changed, we suggest that you post it on our

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
