Windows 10: Windows randomly crashes and keeps rebooting

Yesterday I was playing a game, which suddenly crashed. After restarting the request, it crashed again. At first I thought it was the game itself having bugs, but when I was using my webbrowser, I noticed that the mouse and keyboard barely repsonded. That's the point I decided to reboot my computer and from that point on it went downhills...

Whenever I reboot my computer, there is only the first screen bios and then the minitor says no signal, and reboots again. The system kept repeating this for a couple times before I got a blue screen with startup/troubleshoot options. I tried a system recovery - didn't work, I tried to reinstall Windows 10 - didn't work. And whenever I boot on low resolution I can't even see my updates since my Windows Update screen is blanked out.


Does this look familiar to anyone?

Specs: CPU: i7 8700K - 3,7ghz, GPU: RTX 2080 super, RAM: 32GB

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Windows 10 keeps crashing

• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
