Windows 10: windows randomly freezing

This just start happens randomly. I noticed it both while working on something and while sitting on idle mode with me hovering for no reason. The screen goes in light color background if we keep trying to open something and then an error popup comes on saying When I tried to open task manager, it doesn't open anything like any other program. But eventually windows fixes itself without needing me to force reboot it again. I haven't tried a thorough test as I searched about stress test cuz I wanted to know where and what to begin with. My specs are intel core i5 5200U, 8gb ddr4, 1TB hdd, windows 10 20h1(may patch ig)

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
