Windows 10: Windows randomly minimize or taskbar randomly pushes focus or something on full screen...

I have tried everything all the way up to downgrading to Windows 10 with a full reset, but this problem persists. I've done the turn game mode off option. I've updated all my drivers. I've updated Windows 11. I've ran health checks. Nothing seems to work. I can't tell what's pulling focus and causing this problem. I thought it was a virus but running both defender scans show nothing. This seems to be a problem that many people have but I have yet to see an actual fix.

Windows Search on Taskbar goes full-screen randomly

I'm running Windows 10 Pro (x64) v. 2004 build 19041.572

This problem only occurred after the latest feature update... ergo updating to 2004 release.

The problem is still very random and eventually fixes itself (supposedly) but the steps to reproduce are not identifiable at this time. It seems all the more likely to happen during a fresh session (i.e post-reboot, cold boot). It always happens at least once per session until it stops.

The problem itself is that the actual search "box" (rectangle?) or container actually grows tall enough to reach the top of my screen and also blacks out the rest of my screen... so all I see is the search box and the suggestions. This only happens when you actually try to search for something so it's not randomly activating itself but the buggy appearance does occur randomly when making the search active... if that makes sense.

Anyone run into this kinda issue yet? See below for screenshot. Yes, that is my full screen 1980 x 1020

if I do not post back soon enough... it's probably due to cloudfare not agreeing with my VPN as of late, it's been refusing my traffic solely due to my IP....

 

Outlook 365 Hide When Minimized | Randomly Displays On The Taskbar

I have Outlook 365 64-bit running permanently on Windows 10 64-bit. I have the tray icon setting "Hide When Minimized" selected, but the icon randomly shows on the Taskbar and I have to click on it and minimize it again to hide it from the Taskbar.

This never happened with Outlook 2019 or any previous versions that I used before switching to 365.

Is anyone else experiencing this? *Think

 

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.
