Windows 10: Windows randomly restarts and goes in the the Recorvery environment.

Hello, I recently built my own PC, it worked well for a week and then it suddenly restarted and booted in the recovery environment. I already tried to fully delete windows from the drive and reinstall it using a USB flash drive. Also all the functions in the recovery tab do not work. I even tried using an other drive to put windows on but nothing worked. I have no clue how to fix this and everything I found on the internet couldn't help me.In the BIOS it says it boots on the drive with windows on it so that can't be the problem. I don't know if it is needed but here are the specs of my PC.Moth
