Windows 10: Windows recognizes USB 3.0 port only as USB 2.0

A few weeks ago I bought the Oculus Quest 2 and tried it wired to my computer with an USB C/USB C cable, it detected perfectly as USB 3.0 with super speed as it was suposed to be. Since then I have just used it wireless and on the last days after buying more cables, also USB C/USB C with super speed, I tried again and it was showing "Device can perform faster when connected to USB 3.0". So I tried with all different cables that I have, all USB C/USB C, and they all show the same message.I tried to check the USB version used with both USB Device Tree Viewer and USBDeview, and they both show as

USB port not working

I have an HP Pavilion dv6604nr laptop. I have 3 USB ports, 2 located on the left side and one located on the right side near the power supply port. For some reason, one of the USB ports on the left hand side will not recognize anything that is plugged
into it. I have done all the steps and suggestions that is posted on this site, and still can't get it to work. The message I get is "The last USB device that was connected has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it." It shows in the Device Manager
as Unknown USB Device(Port Reset Failed). When I have a USB device plugged into the non-working port, it shows up in the Devices and Printers folder, but the device does not work. I am at my wits end. Can anyone help me or suggest any other things to try?
Oh, I am running Windows 10 pro.

Ok, my question is in first auto detect my ports are listed 3-4- and 6
in the intel matrix storage ports are listed 2-3- and 5 ??? is this my problem and if so how did this happen .
