I tried creating a backup using a DVD-RW but the system says it is not a valid disc and to use a DVD-R. Why are we not able to use a rewrite-able disc? This is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

Can I format the disc to be a Recordable only? I can't return the whole pack now that it's opened. Maybe you should include an option to download to the cloud where on can retrieve it later and put it on a floppy. It wouldn't even let me put it on my standalone hard drive Passport, saying it wasn't a valid USB device. But it is, because I can save things on it all the time. Is this just a ploy to ruin computers so people need to spend more money?

Let's talk updates while we are at it. More and more updates drivers make the computer obsolete when its a perfectly good device. Every update wipes out something, like my Wifi adapter. You Microsoft should be replacing things that are no longer being supported. God knows you can afford it.

    Kinda pissed off right now.

    :)
