Windows 10: Windows recovery not working and not allowing me to fix my windows also black screen after...

Okay so every time I shutdown my computer it always has problems and errors when turning back on and now I’m having another one where-When I login into my pc I get a black screen with just my mouse pointer, then I tried everything and still had the issue Now I’m trying to enter safe mode and I even did hard recovery environment method which is turn off my computer when it turns on 2 times When I entered safe mode I had this displayed on my screen I have no idea why this is happening but I’m guessing I need to use another computer and install windows media to it then start this up in order for

I read a report a little while ago that said the black screens were nothing to do with updates but due to a malicious program (it hit more than just windows 7 users - vista, xp and 2000 were also prone to the black startup screen of death if infected). My windows 7 install is fully up-to-date and i've never had the black startup screen.

Just run some decent anti virus and you should be safe (i suggest microsoft security essentails since it's free and pretty decent). When you've installed an anti-virus i'd suggest doing a full scen to be sure there's nothing there.
