Windows 10: Windows Recovery

Hi have a Lenovo Ideapad 100S and I need to do a Windows Recovery. When I go into the Nova section and select any of the options it asks for me microsoft password but when I enter it, it is stating it is wrong. It has been some time since Ive used this device and it shows in my devices on my microsoft account but I cannot get into the device at all as it is saying there is an issue with Windows. Ive tried to download Windows 10 onto a 128GB USB but I continously get error at the end. I feel like I am running around in circles as I cant reset the password on the device and its not the same as w

Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

Any suggestions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
