Windows refuses to allow users to pin Desktop to QuickAccess

Hello,I have been seeing an increase in users who have had their Desktop folder link disappear from the Quick Access sidebar in File Explorer. There seems to be no method that fixes this besides making an entirely new user account, and moving all the documents and data. Deleting the quick access registry keys and deleting the app data isn't having any effect. This worked for some users, but others wanted a more official method to pin their Desktop folder back where it belongs. Not sure why mods here are locking down threads when users are still needing help, and issues are going unresolved. Is th

Another Desktop User's PIN Can Unlock My Windows Store Account (While My Own Pin Doesn't Work)

I have reset both PINs, and also Repaired and Reset the Microsoft Store app. The issue persists. Apologies if I was being unclear, here is a more specific description.

Issue: There is a bug with Windows Hello when logging an 'additional user' into the Microsoft store under a 'primary user's' desktop account.

Symptoms: When the 'additional user' attempts to log into the Microsoft store (under the 'primary user's' desktop account), Windows Hello will incorrectly only validate the 'additional user' with the 'primary user' PIN. THIS IS A BUG.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Power on Computer
    2. Log Kids' Microsoft Account (standard user permissions) into Windows 10 desktop, using their Windows Hello PIN.
    3. Open Microsoft Store App
    4. Sign out Kids' Microsoft Account from Microsoft Store.
    5. Sign in Parents Microsoft Account (Admin Permissions) to Microsoft Store
      • Select "Sign in". ("Let's get you Signed in" menu pops up)
      • Select "Microsoft Account" (Under "Use a Different Account")
      • Select "Continue"
      • Enter Parent's Microsoft Email account, click "Next"
      • Enter Parent's password, click "sign in"
      • "Use Windows Hello With Your Account" menu pops up
      • Click "OK"
      • "Making sure its you" PIN menu pops up
        • Menu clearly says "We need to verify the identity for" <Parent's Microsoft Email>.
      • Enter Parent's Microsoft PIN
    6. BUG! Parents Microsoft Account PIN will fail to verify the Parent's Microsoft Email in the "Making Sure its you" Windows Security Menu.
    7. BUG! Enter Kids Microsoft account PIN under Parent's Microsoft Email verification and it validates the identity. Parent's Account is now logged into Microsoft Store, validated with kid's PIN.

Note: Once the Parent's account is validated with the Microsoft Store App, the email and password step is no longer required. Thus, the Kids account can simply sign into the Parents account in the Microsoft Store with the Kids PIN (HUGE Security flaw).

Note2: My current work around for security, is to remove the Parent Account from Settings->Accounts-> 'Accounts used by other Apps' from the Kid's desktop. This forces the initial Microsoft Store sign on which requires parents user name and password (as listed in Step 5). This is only a workaround, due to the PIN bug.
