    What is your [original] source and what does show there? Is it a symbolic link? Although likely not you case, folder containing the file in question too long [path] and has special characters. Rename the folder to a smaller and simple name. This issue can also occur if any of the following scenarios exist on your PC.
    1. You do not have permissions to the file or the file location.
    2. The file is on a location that is not currently accessible like a network location or an external drive that is not currently connected to the PC.
    3. The file has been moved or deleted.
    4. The file or shortcut is corrupt.(or points to an invalid/non existing source)
    5. The file may be blocked by Windows.
    6. Your antivirus software may be blocking the file.
