Windows 10: Windows Registry reset

Hi, I reset my laptops Registry because of it missing some power plans most likely because I went and edit the Registry a month ago because I was logged into a temp profile. ^Photo It's been resetting for more than 10 minutes. I followed a Youtube tutorial Link here: 29 How to reset the entire registry permissions to default in any Windows - YouTube I don't have a CD I'm using the 13 inch hp spectre. The laptop has have a few issues with it's SSD before. Idk what to do I don't want to break this.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
