Windows 10: Windows Registry Ruined Don't Have Backup

So recently I saw a tutorial on how to optimize your PC internet settings for Minecraft. I was having slow connection on servers and a lot of lag back so I decided to give it a try. The tutorial went over a lot registry editing things so I had to make a backup of the registry so I could restore if something went wrong. After I was done and started playing I noticed some things were a bit off. I play with Lunar Client so I have a lot of other settings. Some of the settings weren't on and I hadn't done anything. I also noticed that some items were 4 times their size when dropped. I was getting c

How to backup and restore registry using only win10 iso command prompt

In a link it suggested several registry troubleshooting steps for a Windows with black screen.

For Windows 10 1909 how do you backup and restore one registry change using a windows 10 iso command prompt?

If more than one registry entry is modified how do you backup and restore a second change?

In addition to modifying one or two commands how do you backup and restore the whole registry when the only access is via a windows 10 iso command prompt?

I am reading a book, Windows 10 Anniversary Update. It makes these two statements.

• File History also keeps a copy of your Registry.
• Every time you start your computer, it makes a backup copy of that Registry.

Where and how do I find these copies?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
