Windows 10: Windows repeatedly restarts unprompted

I was using my laptop when suddenly it turned all black and unresponsive. I had to restart it. When I did, it started an update and got stuck at 7% with "stuck" I mean that the screen froze completely. I waited for more than three hours with no change at all, so I had to restart it again. After that, the update ran smoothly. Once it competed, I wasn't able to use it for more than two minutes when it crashed, displayed a BSoD and restarted. I tried to use my laptop but almost immediately crahed again, displayed a BSoD, and hasn't move a single percent.What's going on?

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
