Windows 10: Windows reset error: "We can't update the system reserved partition"

Laptop: Hp elitebook 840 G6GPU: AMD 550XCPU: Intel core i5 8th genDisk type: GPT Uses HP uefiOS version: Windows 10For some reason the computer's uefi is unable to detect a USB boot drive of Windows 10. So I used the setup.exe file found in the USB boot media, to reset it. However when trying to reset it gives the error: "We can't update the system reserved partition". Can you please help me reset this pc and troubleshoot this error?

Are you implying DISM is showing a message about bootmgr? What is the message exactly? You may need to use a different DISM syntax and point to a /source:
