Windows 10: windows reset stuck on 100%

my PC has been running painfully slowly for months. I tried a reset but it would not allow that so I upgraded to windows 11 which took ages it did not help with the issue of slowness but let me get a bit further with the reset. Now its stuck on preparing to reboot and downloading is on 100 % what should I do now? I dont have a recovery disk

Reset stuck at 100%

Trying to reset PC however it will stuck at 100%. Resumes with the restart which is very long then ask me to sign in again. Tried logging in to found out it did nothing at all. I waste all my time doing this for 2 days and achieve nothing. I use settings to reset the PC and remove everything on the PC. Its not working at all.

 

Resetting Windows 10 "Scanning and repairing drive C" stuck at 100%

After updating Windows 10, I've been having an issue where a game I played crashed constantly. After realizing there was no solution, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 and start from scratch.

After waiting for hours, Windows finally got to the second step. It's been stuck on "Scanning and repairing drive (C: 100% complete" for almost 5 hours. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't want to reset the computer and start all over. Is there a
solution to this?

 

Stuck at 64% after reset.
