Windows 10: Windows reset stuck

Hi,My windows 10 laptop was lagging a lot, so last night I decided to do a windows reset using the recovery option. So I went to windows settings>recovery>reset>local reinstall>clean drive and reset. I knew since I chose clean drive option it would take more than a few hours, but it kept on going even after midnight so I decided to leave it plugged and to check it the next morning.When I woke up it was at 24% and it's still on 24% for the last 5 hours. Now I don't know what to do to fix this situation. I have been waiting for about 12 hours and it's not an issue for

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
