Windows 10: Windows reset stuck

My pc is stuck on this boot screen after attempting to reset my pc i chose to reset files and windows i was on an insider build of windows 11 and chose to reset it after leaving the insider program since their was problems with windows and my device did not support windows 11 now it has been stuck on this screen for a few hours the last time i reset my pc their was a percentage displaying how much it was done though i did have a different motherboard in my pc at the time though i presume a progress percent is meant to be displayed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
