Windows 10: Windows “Reset this Pc” stuck on checking files

I have getting issues about windows lagging really bad lately, when i tried to restart my pc it showed me to reset/troubleshoot my pc or just restart it. After that i just chose to reset my windows and keep the personal files, then when i entered my microsoft account password it suddenly got stuck on checking. What should i do in this moment i have been waiting for this for 20minutes already will it mess up everything if i force shut down my pc from power button?

As you system is stuck, we suggest you to hard reboot and then try performing reset again and check if the same issue occurs. If the same issue persists, then we suggest you to perform reset using Installation disk.

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.
