Windows 10: Windows reset using mct stuck!!

My windows was getting slow so I decided to reset my windows with keeping my files using media creation tool, the setup worked and installation started showing installing windows 10 and it took 3hrs to reach 68% and got stuck at 68 for an hour but it went to 72% and got stuck again for 1 hr I don't know what to do please help!!!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
