    Hello community,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Windows reset.I have two storage devices in my PC: the first device contains my Windows installation, and the second contains my files.When I reset Windows, either through the reset option in settings or by using safe mode holding the Shift key while restarting the PC, it only clears my downloaded files, screenshots, and settings, leaving everything else intact. It doesn't even remove the user details from drive C.The most concerning part is that the files on my second storage device remain untouched. I've tried both local and cloud r
