Windows 10: Windows reseting, losing all my data and goig back to normal like nothing happened

Today i turned on my pc and realized everything was like factory new, my wallpaper was defaulted, my desktop was defaulted, my browser data was gone, and c data was gone. My games were still there but when i played them, i had no save files. I tried a few things but my C data still were'nt back. My pc was starting to lag so i restarted. For some unknown reason, everything was back, it was like that thing didn't happen. It seemed like something had reverted. Is there a reason something like this can happen? has someone else experienced this? is there a way to avoid something like this ever happ

Computer Won't Reboot - AMD Data Change...Updata New Data to DMI

If he is getting stuck at verifying DMI pool data, that means his BIOS isn't finishing the POST process before it's hanging up. Although I'm confused now because he said he tried re-installing windows which would indicate that the machine is getting through the entire POST process.

I'm confused now. I think we need a better, more descriptive version of what exactly is happening.

Maybe a full step by step process of what is happening?

Most likely this is a hardware issue. However, we have to isolate this by performing some workarounds. For us to resolve this, please answer the following questions:

• Have you tried connecting your phone to a PC, then back up your files?
• Have you tried performing a soft reset? This won't lose any data on your phone. To soft reset, just press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time until your phone restarts.
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.
