Windows 10: Windows restart endlessly

This problem started a week ago I had a transfer on my PC. My PC would sometimes randomly start restarting. Suddenly it restarted after two hours. Sometimes even two minutes. So I had to completely reinstall Windows. I then encountered several problems: impossible to install Windows from my PC. In fact, when I launched my bootable key to install Windows, the PC crashed. I tried to install it from another PC. To do this, I connected the hard drive in my computer to another computer, from which I installed Windows. then I reconnected that hard drive to my computer, and when I started my computer

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Can't restart. Re-start circle(?) just goes round and round endlessly

I've actually done those suggestions already. Thank you. For some reason my restore points have disappeared. I had them on C:\ The Windows Explorer suggestions is my default preference. I've always done it done way. I've always exposed system files and file types. I've also deleted all large files on the root of the system drive.
