Windows 10: Windows restarting computer

Windows keeps restarting my computer. I can't even do a PC reset from windows, but I can reset from the recovery boot. Also, BIOS and safe mode never shut down the PC. I left my computer on for an hr at the Windows log in screen and there was no shutdown. I have an ASUS Prime x299 Deluxe II motherboard, Nvidia Tian GPU I actually have 2, but windows is completely unstable with both I had 2 16gb Corsair DDR4, but swapped it for 1 Fury w/ same specs, because I thought the RAM was the issue. i9. Windows 11. Fist I was getting the uncontrollable error code, then I took 1 of the GP

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• reconnected HDD

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
