Windows 10: Windows restore something I don't want

Forever that I formatted or reset my PC, for some reason it always restored something I didn't want to restore, which is folder name from users folder example, I changed your name many times ago for accident, and Windows always restore that name I don't want ever since, I'm so tired of Windows restore this, and I supposed that it was something from windows backup, but I don't find out one solution of this problem, what I can do to resolve this?Observation: It can be useful for any non-wished restoration of any/something

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

Windows XP PRO error after restore

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.
