Windows 10: Windows Right click, some apps not working

From today, when I right click the windows symbol on the task bar, the following apps wont launch. Event viewer, Device manager, disc management, computer management, powershell, powershell admin, task manager, file explorer. If I use search and find them that way, they work ok, just not from the right click. Any ideas ? I've tried sfc /scannow and dism and its made no difference. They also wont launch from a different account. I recently updated yesterday to the latest edition of windows 2004, could something in that have caused it ? Thanks.

Weather App not working windows 8.1

I have no problems with the weather app... on my pc, tablets, laptops, or windows phones.
Must be regional/local problems.

Or, your store/app data files may be corrupt.
Might want to try the apps troubleshooter.

The Windows 8.1 weather app is not working right, recently. Another laptop and a second desktop quit working last few days...

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
