Windows Sandbox fails to initialize

I am trying to run Windows Sandbox on my machine but whenever I open it it just shows a popup with the message "Windows Sandbox failed to initialize". There isn't even any error code accompanying it. I did check my BIOS to see if I have virtualization enabled
and yes I do.

Here are my PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 3550H with AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics

AMD Radeon RX 560X with 4 GB GDDR5 VRAM

8 GB DDR4 RAM

512 GB Micron NVMe SSD

Windows 10 Version 2004

 

Error 0x80004001

I am trying to add a tag in the properties/details for a mpg file but keep getting error 0x80004001: Not implemented. I have added tags many times before, so I am not sure what has changed. I have already closed all other applications and have tried
rebooting twice. Any suggestions would be much approved.

 

Fix for Sandbox

Microsoft has acknowledged this issue now:

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.
