Windows 10: Windows says i fulfill the requirements for windows 11 and that i don't fulfill them at the...

HelloIm trying to download W11 and enabled secure boot and TPM 2.0 from my BIOS. they are both active atm and i can find them in my windoes security folder. What confuses me is as i try to upgrade to windows 11 im not allowed to as my computer doesn't meet the requirements. I donwload the health checker to see what im missing and it tells me im ready and good to go for windows 11, but my windows update does not agree.Anyone know what i can do here?

Not sure I understand what your network disk access problem was caused by, but on this last question, your PC should run fine on Windows 11. Just reading through the comments on this forum, I'd say that theoretically "compatible" PCs have more problems than older ones, installing Windows 11.

Of course, that's most likely because people with older PC take seriously this idea of "incompatible," and don't even try. That "compatible/incompatible" are disingenuous words, used by Microsoft, to scare people into buying new PCs.

Your PC meets all of the requirements, aside from the one arbitrary "CPU generation number" requirement.

I have a computer that has a CPU (Intel Core i7-7700 @ 3.60GHz) not in the list of supported CPUs for Windows 11 and have got the message that it will not be downloaded. I'm fine with that for now.

After a security update on Windows 10 (KB5007186) I got problems reaching a network disk. An uninstallation of the update solved the problem.

To see if the access would work with 21H2 I applied for the inside program and installed 21H2. Same problem and it had to be uninstalled together with KB5007253 to get the disk working again. Test was finished and I left the inside program.

To my surprise, after this Windows update started to download the upgrade to Windows 11 and without me requesting it!

Now comes the question: In case this download has taken place and Windows 11 is installed, will I get problems with the computer as it does not fulfill the CPU reqs? All other reqs are fulfilled with good margin.

 

Why windows 11 does not support intel core i3-7020u ?? My system fulfills all the requirements but only the processor is not supported...Kindly provide windows 11 official update for i3-7020u users..

Why not there's a point?point is that if we fulfill all the requirements for windows 11 and the processor also gives best performance in beta update also , then why not provide windows 11 stable update for i3-7020u users...those who fulfill all the requirements..
