Windows 10: Windows says I have two monitors when I only have one

I tried connecting one monitor with my laptop and it doesn't let me because, supposedly there's another monitor connected to it. I found it on the 'Devices' section but I can't remove it.I'll be happy to tell any aditional information you may need to help me.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
