Windows 10: Windows says my pc doesn't meet minimum requirements on new pc

My pc is installing windows 11 but every time after is says restarting in 3..2..1 my monitor goes to no signal is there any fix? Also it says at the start your pc components do not meet the system requirement. But i found a work around using command prompt. I tried turning secure boot and tpm I don't know what to do now. Do I buy a product key My pc Specs are 7900xtx 7800x3d Asus tuf gaming mb 32gb ddr5 6400mz 360mm aio montech king 95 pro

Install Win11 on a new PC

Trying to install Win11 on a NEW PC give the message: the PC doesn´t meet the minimum system requirements, but it is not true. TC brand new PC meets all the reqirements. Windows doesn´t even tell what requirements the it doesn see

I've been trying to get windows 11, but it says "PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements"
I already have TPM 2.0
System firmware UEFI and secure boot enabled
My PC meets system requirements, but I still can't figure out what the problem is.
I already installed W11 on an older laptop without a problem

 

"This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements" even though I've turned on TPM and PC Health Check says now that "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements"

You are saying, Windows Update is mostly for new PCs with pre-installed Win10 and in my case even if it still says, that I don't meet minimum requirements, I should try Windows 11 Assistant from your link and I will be ok, correct?
