Windows 10: Windows Scaling issue, keeps reverting to 150%

Discus and support Windows Scaling issue, keeps reverting to 150% in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; So everytime I reboot my shadow pc the scaling that I specifically set to 100% keeps reverting back to 150%.     Windows Scaling issue, keeps reverting to 150%


    So everytime I reboot my shadow pc the scaling that I specifically set to 100% keeps reverting back to 150%. I've tried setting the scaling to 100% under custom scaling and signing out and back in, APPEARS to work, but when VM is rebooted it's back to 150%. This is beyond frustrating. Expecially since the existing thread for this complaint give the most absurd instruction's I've ever heard suggesting ppl need to un-install pen and touch driver settings on their machines to make this work.
