    Windows Scan App Double Sided Scanning Creates 2 PDF's


    HI I have a user using a Brother MFD, and it had been scanning the documents from the feeder into one PDF, but I reinstalled the printer and now it'll scan double sided but creates 2 PDF"s now.Any ideas how to fix? I already tried doing a reset on scan app.
