Windows 10: Windows Scan For Hard Drive Errors 100% Complete BUT...My PC No Longer WORKS!!!

WHAT HAS MICROSOFT DONE TO FIX THIS... AND FIX IT QUICKLY!!! I'VE BEEN Through The Same Thing With Windows Update... Causing Damage To My Computer For Up To Two Weeks. IF Microsoft Were Being Held Accountable For The Damage They Cause Then This Type Of Thing WOULDN'T Be Happening For Decades... BUT Microsoft Is NOT Being Held Accountable... AND THE PELOSIS Are BUYING STOCK IN IT!!!

Computer no longer working

clearing the CMOS worked, but I had to unplug one of my hard drives. I am trying to reinstall windows on this HD but during the install I get "Error: Installation Failed: D:\I386\asms. Error Message : Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)."

Any suggestions?

windows 10 is accessing the hard drive 100%. The "reset PC" will not complete

I'm running a Dell Inspirion 15 3000 series that is now accessing the hard drive 100%. I've tried most of the solutions i've viewed on the internet but have had no success. I've even tried to reset the PC and restore the default setting but I cannot
even complete this. The only additional applications that have been added are McAfee Total Protection and Notepad++. Any suggestions are welcome.
