Windows 10: Windows screen and no taskbar after login - have already reset windows with no result

So im randomly using windows and all of a sudden it starts flashing, i can't do anything. After restart of PC, screen is flashing after login to windows not before, and not during loging screen, once im in the the only thing I can do is open task manager, but can hardly control it using the keyboard.Ive literally ran every single option from the windows recovery screen including resetting windows twice with and without my files. The machine has literally been factory reset but still the problem is present. All I seemingly have access to is the BIOS or the command prompt, if i run safe mode

taskbar on multiple screens (XP)

Hi, at work we use three screens, with XP installed, on the PC i was using before it had the taskbar on just the left screen and when i maximised a window it would fill whatever screen the window was currently on. The pc i now use, has a task bar stretched across the three screens and when i maximise something it will automatically fill the left screen. Is there a way to change either of these things as i prefer the taskbar on the left screen and to maximise on the screen the window is in. Thanks

The options will be in the video card options, like if you use a ATI video card the options will be in CCC. You should give people more details about your comp.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
