Windows 10: Windows screen locking after a very short period, unable to change it or even find out...

My screen is locking after a very short period, meaning that I have to enter my password if I leave the computer for as little as 5 minutes. Nothing anywhere in my settings seems to indicate why this is happening. The screen timeout settings don't seem to have anything to do with locking the screen they're all set to Never anyway and I have not enabled a screen saver. What's going on and how can I fix this problem so that the screen doesn't lock until something like 60 minutes of inactivity or preferably NEVER rather than merely 5 minutes or whatever it is right now?   Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

  Close the Personalization window.

Lock screen on Windows 10 won't change

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and have also been unable to change the lock screen. Followed the steps as suggested and the problem is still not fixed. Is there anything else that can be done?
