  1. Windows screen recorder

So for a while now i've been having issues when trying to record gameplay with the built in windows screen recorder - When I record both of my monitors completely black out for 2 or 3 seconds at least once a minute This either happens with one monitor at a time or sometimes both and makes some games literally unplayable. That issue mostly occurs when I try to record games like Minecraft but other games like Dying Light, Gta V etc. don't have such problems. I've tried changing the settings of the recorder in the xbox bar, I've tried changing the resolution of the game, I've tried playing in non-fullscreen and even tried to update the drivers of both my monitors and the graphics card but nothing seems to help. It's also worth mentioning that it's definitely not the fault of either of my monitors as it's hapenned before with a diffrent monitor although on a much smaller scale. I should also clarify that this only happens when I'm recording and doesn't happen when I do anything else like watching movies, youtube etc.

    Graphics Card: GTX1050Ti 4GB

    Monitor 1: Dell SE2416H Main

    Monitor 2: Dell P2214H Secondary

    Please help ._.

    :)

    • Name output file, choose file type (e.g
      ZIP Files

      Save.
    • After making the above changes Enable Screen Capture option by selecting
      “YES”.
    • Set number of screen captures and click on OK. (By default the number of screen capture is set to 25.)
    • You can use the features of step recording like Start Record, Pause Record, Resume Record, Add Comment
and Stop Record while using the step recorder.
    • Later you can check for the output of the file that you have worked on.
