Windows 10: Windows Screen Time

I'm not impressed with the family controls for screen limits. They are set but on both of my daughters laptops Windows will randomly tell them they have reached the time to shut off any where from 30 minutes early some days to 6 hours early others. My wife and I have done everything in the "Fix screen time limits not working" help but it doesn't fix anything.


This happening to anyone else?

  Type Lock screen in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
